About this trip
Anak Krakatau grew from the caldera left by the 1883 eruption and is one of the best-known volcano destinations in the Sunda Strait.
You stay overnight on Sebesi Island, then sail to the Krakatau area and go snorkelling. Hiking or approaching the crater depends on the PVMBG status and area permits; if access is closed, the route switches to viewing from the boat plus snorkelling.
